LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — According to the Little Rock Police Department, police agency vehicles were vandalized overnight on Tuesday, Jan. 26 in the River Market.
Police say three juveniles have been arrested and are in custody. Each juvenile is being charged with Breaking or Entering, Theft of Property, Criminal Mischief and Fleeing.
