JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — According to the Jacksonville Fire Department, juveniles have been arrested in connection to the structure fire that happened at an old elementary school February 19.
Police said the school had been vacant for several years and the school district does not own the building. The city leased it from the Pulaski County Special School District.
This is an on-going investigation.
