If you have unused toys like LEGOs or play-doh, you can donate them to AR Children's Hospital

New toys such as coloring books, blocks, and play-doh, are just a few examples of types of items that the hospital is in need of.

Arkansas Children's Hospital tweeted Sunday that they are looking for unused toy donations.

If you don't have time to volunteer, AR Children's says it's not a big deal— donations are a great way to contribute.

New toys such as coloring books, blocks, and play-doh, are just a few examples of types of items that the hospital is in need of. Children's asks that you make sure to read their donation guidelines to make sure that you donate usable items.

Toiletry items and pre-packaged snacks for the family waiting rooms are also needed at the hospital.

If you're still unsure of what to donate, there are also Donation Wish Lists that lay out what items are needed and what your contribution will go towards.

For more information, check out their toy donations page.

Please remember:

  • Due to infection control policies, the hospital is unable to accept used items.
  • Avoid toys with sharp edges, or toys made of glass or brittle plastic.
  • Only non-toxic paint, glue or craft supplies can be used.
  • Latex balloons cannot be donated.
