North Little Rock police searching for suspect who damaged NLRPD, court buildings

NLRPD was sent to the parole office late June 21 after reports of a male hitting the building with a tire iron.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The North Little Rock police are searching for a suspect who damaged the police and courts building by shattering three glass windows and two glass doors.

NLRPD was sent to the parole office late June 21 after reports of a male hitting the building with a tire iron. When officers arrived, the suspect left the scene and officers did not notice any damage.

According to Sgt. Amy Cooper, the suspect arrived at the North Little Rock Police Department and Courts Building just minutes later, where he caused significant damage to the glass entry doors.

The suspect then left the scene in a 1998-2002 Honda Accord.
