The package was intercepted in Marianna, and upon search of the parcel, over 10 pounds of marijuana was discovered, packaged inside a metal container and surrounding by spray foam in an attempt to isolate the odor of the marijuana.

On Thursday, June 14, 2018, officers executed a search warrant at the residence on Robert Taylor Drive. During the course of the search, officers located past boxes that had been received from the same location in California, along with numerous items of paraphernalia. In addition, officers seized cash, as well as a ledger containing approximately 90 names and numbers of suspected co-conspirators, whether customers or suppliers.

No one was home during the execution of the search warrant, and multiple arrest warrants are expected to be issued in the near future. Additionally, investigative efforts will continue into the suspected co-conspirators.
