Beebe Middle School principal and family arrested

A juvenile reportedly witnessed the selling and purchasing of marijuana while another said they were allowed to drive home from the party even after consuming drugs and alcohol. Both say the adults were aware of the party and the activities.

BEEBE, Ark. (KTHV) - On May 17th, the Beebe Middle School principal, her husband and her son were arrested for allegedly hosting a party at their home where minors consumed alcohol and illegal drugs.

The principal, Brandy Dillin, and her husband Mickey have been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor.

Their 18-year-old son, Brandon Dillin, was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol.

According to a police report, a parent complained that, on May 12th, her son attended a party in which marijuana and alcohol were provided to numerous juveniles. Police obtained a social media video that confirmed the complaint. In one portion of the video, a young man is seen holding what appears to be a bag of marijuana; in another, a child can be seen holding what appears to be a can of beer.

This child was identified as Brandon Dillin.

A juvenile reportedly witnessed the selling and purchasing of marijuana while another said they were allowed to drive home from the party even after consuming drugs and alcohol. Both say the adults were aware of the party and the activities.

"I have not been able to yet speak to Ms. Dillin yet, but she is a great administrator and a quality person. I regret she is experiencing this, and I look forward to her being able to share her side of this story and clear up any misunderstandings," said Belinda Shook, Superintendent of the Beebe School District.
